Please allow a bit of exegetical license for my interpretation of the word "mark."
Missions is a high calling--and it will mark you, even scar you. In spite of that, called ones press toward those marks knowing the prize is worth it.

Dave - Real ministry will leave a mark. (But I think of it as the callouses that come on your fingers when you learn to play the guitar. Without those callouses a guitarist is unable to play.) What are the marks of dying daily? How will those marks effect a lost generation? These signs will follow those who believe.
